Minimum wage for non-profit residential summer camps

Alaska Statute 23.10.070(3), and Alaska Regulation 8 AAC 15.126 provide for and exemption from minimum wage for non-profit residential summer camps who have registered with the Alaska Department of Labor and Workforce Development, Wage and Hour office.
